United Kingdom Shipping
Shipping within the UK is at a flat rate of £3.95.
Free UK Shipping on orders over £30.
We aim to ship orders within 3 working days and we send within the UK by Royal Mail 2nd class post.
International Shipping — USA & Canada
We ship to the United States and Canada via Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery typically takes 7–14 working days, though times may vary and are not guaranteed.
Shipping rates are based on the weight of your order:
United States:
- Up to 250g — £15.00
- 250g–500g — £17.00
- 500g–1kg — £20.50
- 1kg–2kg — £23.00
Canada:
- Up to 500g — £17.20
- 500g–750g — £19.80
- 750g–1kg — £23.00
- 1kg–1.25kg — £25.75
- 1.25kg–2kg — £27.30
International Shipping Policy (DDU)
USA, Canada & International Orders
We ship worldwide using Royal Mail International services. All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.
This means that while we cover the cost of postage, any import duties, taxes, or customs charges levied by your country's customs authority are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable on delivery.
We are unable to predict the exact charges you may incur, as these vary by country, product type, and order value. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure.
Please note that refusal to pay customs charges may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed. In such cases, we are unable to offer a refund on postage costs.
All parcels are sent with full customs declarations including product descriptions, HS codes, country of origin, and item values as required by international postal regulations.
